Vinification
Vinification: Grapes are vinified all together as long as 8 days at a controlled temperature. Then the wine is aged in barriques, which have already been used for the second or third time, for 12 months and in bottles for additional 6 months.

Characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red color.
Aroma: Intense and persistent bouquet with scents of gillyflower.
Taste: Full-bodied wine with sweet and velvety tannin which makes it a unique wine.

Best with
It is excellent with red meats, wild meats and matured cheeses. It is good also as a meditation wine between meals.
