Fermentation takes places in stainless steel tanks for 6 days at a controlled temperature, between 25° and 28° C. Then it is aged in wood barrels as long as 8 months.

Color: Ruby red color with purplish hues.
Aroma: Intense bouquet with scents of flowers, red fruits, liquorice and vanilla.
Taste: Full-bodied with wood tannins and a slightly vanilla aftertaste.

Best with
It is excellent with wild meats, white and red meats.
