Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are cooled at a temperature of 0°C. After a long cold maceration of the skins, the fermentation process begins and it proceeds in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Ageing in steel vats and then in bottles.

Characteristics
Color: Bright Straw-yellow color.
Aroma: Its aroma is pleasant, intense, refined, with hints of tropical fruit, citrus fruits, acacia flowers and jasmine . Mineral notes and deep aromatic persistence.
Taste: In the mouth its freshness enhances the characteristics of the varietal aromas with good structure and finesse. Balanced, with a long finishing reminiscent of ripe fruit.


Best with
Pasta with shellfish, fish soup, traditional pasta dishes as spaghetti and lasagna, fried food, white meat and cheese.
