Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 16 days. Aging in steel tanks and then in French oak barrels of 24 hl for 14 months.

Characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red tending to garnet.
Aroma: Notes of ripe red fruit accompanied by a spiciness that is reminiscent of licorice.
Taste: Dry flavor with balanced tannins and medium spiciness.
