Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 18 days. Aging in steel tanks and then in French oak barrels of 20 hl for 36 months.

Characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red tending to garnet.
Aroma: Floral with notes of violet, red berries jam, spicy with notes of tobacco and coffee.
Taste: Dense to the palate, with a good perception of the tannin that fades into soft notes leaving a long persistence.

It is excellent with roastedgame, stewed meat and aged cheeses
