Vinification
It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After 12 months ageing in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled: glass completes the refinement.

Characteristics
Color: Ruby-red with purple hues. With ageing, it develops garnet tones.
Aroma: Pleasant ?wine? smell , reminding of fresh plums and dark cherries.
Taste: Medium-bodied wine with soft tannins. Fresh and dry taste, perfect with time.


Best with
It matches with any kind of food. Very good with meat appetizers, with roasted and grilled red meats , veal and pork , but also with white meats. Good with first courses seasoned with ragout or sausage. Perfect with middle- and long-matured cheeses.
