12 days of maceration on the lees. Controlled maceration and fermentation at 26°C. Maturation in stainless steel and in oak barrels from Slavonia for 3 months. Refined in bottles for 3 months in a thermo-hydro controlled room.

Color: Intense red from ruby to purple.
Aroma: Vinous rural typical of the Montepulciano. Complex aroma with hints of vanilla and ripe fruits, raspberry jam, red prunes, wild strawberries.
Taste: Soft and warm, dry on the palate with a fruity and persistent finishing.

It is excellent with sophisticated first courses, game and all type of roasted meat and chesees.
