Vinification
18-20 days of maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation and ageing 4 months in stainless steel containers and 4-5 months in bottle.

Color: Intense ruby red with purple nuances.
Aroma: Intense aroma and elegant complexity with hints of violet, plum, grean pepper and geranium.
Taste: The taste is warm, with good organoleptic structure and complexity. Soft tannins. Vivacious wine with great finishing.

A persuasive blend very pleasant to drink. This wine is perfect for the complete meal to taste in every occasion. Good also with savoury first courses and barbecue.
